โ Weekly 90-minute live group intensives (via Zoom) โ experiential learning, breakout coaching, and application-driven exercises
โ Weekly "workouts" (45-minute assignments) โ leadership drills, self-assessments, and real-world practice
โ Two private 1:1 coaching sessions โ targeted strategy for applying resilience to your leadership challenges: Scheduled based on participant needs
